The Miami Project begins with a dedication to quality, both in content and production. The 2012 inaugural edition received high praise both for its well-designed 55,000 square foot structure and for its mix of new contemporary and emerging works with top quality 20th century offerings. Galleries are selected by a strict criteria including a rigorous, well reviewed exhibition history, involvement with top estates and museum shows, and past participation in major art fairs. With careful planning, an experienced team and a strong logistical infrastructure, the fair will again be unparalleled in creating an elegant, spacious environment in which collectors, dealers, curators, and the press can connect.
The dealer committee for the Miami Project consists of Andrew Freiser of Fredericks & Freiser, Garth Greenan of Gary Snyder Gallery, Trish Bransten of Rena Bransten Gallery, Catharine Clark of Catharine Clark Gallery, Kerry Inman of Inman Gallery and Sally Morgan & Jay Lehman of Morgan Lehman Gallery. The Miami Project's host committee will be chaired by Michael Margulies.
